      The annual Black Tech Week conference returns to Cincinnati in 2024, with thousands of entrepreneurs and tech workers in attendance. Here’s everything you need to know about the event.

      What is Black Tech Week?

      Black Tech Week is an annual conference designed to celebrate Black tech entrepreneurs and build relationships among Black people in the tech industry. Investors, entrepreneurs, tech professionals, and creatives will all be in attendance.

       

      When is Black Tech Week?

      Black Tech Week 2024 is July 16-18.

       

      Where is it being held?

      After two years at Music Hall, Black Tech Week 2024 is expanding to the Aronoff Center for the Arts in downtown Cincinnati.

       

      Why is Black Tech Week held in Cincinnati?

      Black Tech Week was first held in Miami, but the conference moved to Cincinnati in 2022 when it was acquired by Candice Matthews Brackeen, a local venture capitalist who runs the Lightship Foundation. Read her 2022 interview with the Cincinnati Enquirer here.
