      A Guide to Fall: 10 things to do in Cincinnati

      After a long and hot summer, fall has finally arrived! The Cincinnati region has plenty of fall festivals, haunted houses, and pumpkin spice lattes to go around. Keep scrolling for activities you won't want to miss during this cozy, spooky season.

      Fall Festivities
      1. Blooms and Berries Farm Market in Loveland is open 9am-7pm every day of the week! Grab your family for hayrides, corn mazes, and farm animals.
      2. Brown's Family Farm Market is open 9am to 6pm everyday in Hamilton, Ohio. Purchase apple butter, fall flowers, pumpkins and more from this family-owned business. Bring your family or friends for animals, food trucks and tons of cute photo-ops (as shown to the right!)
      3. Country Pumpkins in Dry Ridge, Kentucky has a fall festival open now until October 30. Enjoy a huge pumpkin patch, corn maze, play areas and more for free or pay for fun experiences like the Cotton Wagon, Turbo Slide or Chunkin' Pumpkin Launcher.
      4. Fall Food Fest at Findlay Market is on October 23 from 10am-4pm  in Over-the-Rhine. Indulge in fall treats and dishes from each vendor, and take advantage of the special drinks and live music all weekend.
      5. Fall Fest Weekend at Washington Park takes place October 26 and 27 from 12pm-6pm. Check out local vendors selling homemade crafts, baked goods, pet needs and more! Plus, bring your children for face painting, building blocks and other activities.

      Halloween Fun

      1. HallZOOween at the Cincinnati Zoo is a perfect Halloween activity for the family. Free with Zoo admission, enjoy trick or treat stations, illusion shows and more! 
      2. DentFinalThe Dent Schoolhouse is rated one of the top haunts in America, and it's open now through October. This haunted house is located on Harrison Ave in Cincinnati...if you're brave enough to visit. 
      3. American Legacy Tours presents walking tours in Newport, Covington, and Over-The-Rhine that tell the terrifying, haunting truth of historical neighborhoods within Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. Book a tour for October before they are all sold out!
      4. Halloween in the Village Festival at Stanley Jones Park in New Lebanon, Ohio includes a Trunk-Or-Treat, Costume Contest, Corn Maze AND Cornhole Tournament. Don't miss this 6th annual festival, less than 20 mins outside of Dayton.
      5. Halloween Haunt at Kings Island was rated 2021's "Best Theme Park Halloween Event" in the country. The park transforms to feature mazes, scare zones, horrifying creatures, live entertainment, and of course, exhilarating rides like The Beast and Diamondback.
