Once you’ve had had your fill of land animals, head over to the Newport Aquarium and experience life underwater for the day! Pet sharks, stingrays, urchins, and of course sea cucumbers throughout the aquarium in the many touch habitats. Watch penguins swim around and even hang out underneath the stingray encounter. At the end of the journey, see if you can survive the Shark Bridge. Walk on the rope and netting over open, shark infested waters!

Or, start some friendly family competition playing a round of mini-golf at the Fairfield Fun Center, then pick up a treat from the adventurous Jungle Jim’s market right down the street.

After spending a day soaking up the sun and doing something awesome, treat yourself to some world famous Greater's ice cream. What says summer more than ice cream?
