We interviewed Metalworking Group's CEO Doug Watts and Facilities Manager Bill Mondillo, then Nexigen's Co-Founder/CEO Jon Salisbury, to get the inside scoop on how this partnership works and the success of their businesses. What is MWG?

Metalworking Group specializes in sheet metal fabrication and machining, for OEMs in the U.S., Canada, and Western Europe - serving a wide range of industries, including military, logistics, health, and gas. Born out of Richards Industrials in the 1960s, MWG has grown into a global manufacturing company with over 140 employees across its Colerain and Fairfield locations.

"We pride ourselves on customer service and high-quality parts. We work very well with large products because we can do a lot of different things under one roof," said Doug. For example, they do fabricating and machining, but also robotic weldments, powder coating, and complete product assemblies.

We asked how MWG has seen technology grow, and if they are putting more of an emphasis on technology and AI innovation moving forward: "The biggest change is the cycle of how technology is evolving - it's not decade by decade anymore, it's every year.
